Established in 1985 by Tetsuo Imai, President, Prime Intelligence K.K. is located in Makuhari New City, halfway between central Tokyo and Narita Airport.  

Makuhari is best known as the venue for Tokyo Motor Show and other major events. Its modern office park is home-in-Japan to many global brands – including BMW, IBM and 
HP – attracted by the area’s numerous international hotels and major retailers such as Costco and Carrefour.  

As national and local governments are keen to attract more foreign companies to Makuhari, the area features many services and incentives geared to support newcomers to Japan.
